"The préludes in this collection were written between December 2011 and August 2012, and are presented in the order in which they were composed. They may be performed by themselves, in any combination and any order, may be combined with any préludes written prior to and subsequent to these, and may be mixed freely with études from Books I-X. No pianist should play none of them. A performance of the complete book will take between 35 and 40 minutes. All the préludes in Book II have the same title, because why not?
